- 200 grams of vanilla quark
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 tablespoons Steviala Pure Passion
- 8 raspberries
- 1 tablespoon granola
- 1 low carb egg biscuit

Preparation
Making sugarfree passionfruit biscuit parfait
First, start by cutting the sponge cake. Simply tear the egg cake into small pieces for this. Then keep 1 raspberry aside and cut the rest of the raspberries into small pieces. You then divide the vanilla quark over 2 bowls. Then take the first bowl and add the raspberries to it. Then add the passion fruit and Steviala Pure Passion to the other bowl. Mix this well.
Then take a larger glass or jar. You then can start stacking the ingredients. First, start with the egg cake and then add the granola, raspberry vanilla quark, then egg cake, granola, passion fruit vanilla quark, egg cake and granola. Finally, decorate the top with the remaining passion fruit, raspberry and Steviala Pure Passion to taste.
