Sugarfree white chocolate ice cream
- 400 ml whipping cream
- 100 grams Steviala Milk Chocolate Melties
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50 grams Steviala Frost
- optional: Steviala Oh' Choc! for topping

Preparation
Making sugarfree white chocolate ice cream
Start by melting the Steviala White Chocolate. Set it aside to cool slightly. Then whip the whipping cream to stiff peaks, along with the vanilla extract and Steviala Frost. Next, pour in the melted chocolate and mix it into a smooth mixture. Pour this mixture into the ice cream maker and let it churn until you have wonderfully creamy sugarfree white chocolate ice cream.
Don't have an ice cream maker? You can also place this mixture in a baking dish. Then put this baking dish in the freezer and stir the mixture every 30 minutes. After about 4 to 5 hours, you will also achieve creamy sugarfree white chocolate ice cream.
