Iris from @zoetjes_aan made this sugarfree chocolate brownie batter using Steviala products. It's a sort of edible brownie batter, but based on chickpeas. These peas are a good source of fiber and protein. The recipe is also super easy to make. First, you wash and peel the chickpeas. Then, you add them to a blender, along with all the other ingredients. Iris used Steviala Sweet & Toffee syrup to give the brownie batter a delicious sweet flavor.   • 1 can chickpeas
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 70 grams peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 40 grams Steviala Heavenly Dark
  • vanilla extract to taste
  • 12 grams cocoa powder
  • 20 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips
  • a pinch of salt

Making sugarfree chocolate brownie batter

This recipe is super easy to make. Start by rinsing the chickpeas in a sieve. Then, peel the chickpeas. You can do this by rubbing the peas between your fingers. This will remove the skin. Next, get a blender or food processor with blades. Add all the ingredients, except the Dark Chocolate Chips, to the blender. Blend everything until you get a smooth mixture. Then, add the Dark Chocolate Chips and fold them into the batter. It's that easy! Finally, divide the sugarfree chocolate brownie batter into glasses and then you can enjoy it!
