Preparation
Making a healthy sugar-free white chocolate cake
First, preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Then, prepare a 22cm springform pan. Line the bottom and sides of the springform pan with parchment paper. Then, melt the White Chocolate MELTIES with butter in a saucepan (40-50°C max). Stir constantly to prevent the white chocolate from burning. Turn off the heat and let it come to room temperature.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the vanilla extract and Steviala Frost sugar-free powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Then, mix the egg yolks with a pinch of salt and the baking powder. Pour in the melted chocolate and continue mixing. Then, gently fold in the egg whites. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
Finally, bake the cake for 65-70 minutes and let it cool completely in the oven. The cake will shrink considerably, but this is normal.
Bake the cake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Afterwards, place the moist, unsweetened white chocolate cake on the counter and let it cool completely. If desired, you can melt sugar-free white chocolate in the microwave and drizzle it over the cake.
