Sugarfree blondies

  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 150 grams butter (at room temperature)
  • 75 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • 100 grams Steviala Ery-Bronze
  • 10 ml vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 bars Steviala White Chocolate

Making sugarfree blondies

Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking pan of approximately 20x20 cm (8x8 inches) with baking paper. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 250 grams of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Then set aside these dry ingredients as you proceed. In another bowl, cream together 150 grams of butter (at room temperature), 75 grams of Steviala Kristal Sweet, and 100 grams of Steviala Ery-Bronze until you have a creamy mixture. This may take several minutes to ensure that the sugar substitutes are well incorporated. Then, add 10 ml of vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well to distribute the vanilla flavor. Next, beat two large eggs into the mixture one at a time, thoroughly mixing after each addition.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until you have a smooth batter. Finally, fold 100 grams of Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips into the batter to evenly distribute them. Chop 2 bars of Steviala White Chocolate into pieces and add them to the batter, gently stirring them into the mixture. Then pour the blondie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out with a spatula.

Bake the blondies in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the blondies to cool completely in the baking pan before cutting them into pieces. Enjoy your sugarfree blondies!
