Steviala Oh' Choc! only as a topping? Think twice! You can make so much more with it! How about this sugar free Oh Choc fudge, for example? A silky soft chocolate bonbon, delicious with a cup of coffee or tea. You only need a few ingredients for it! Of course you have the Steviala Oh' Choc! already. Heat this together with the Steviala Milk Chocolate Melties, butter, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Ingredients
Sugar free Oh Choc fudge
- 100 grams Steviala Oh' Choc! sugar free chocolate spread
- 75 grams Steviala Milk Chocolate Melties
- 40 grams butter
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Baking supplies
- heat resistant bowl
- saucepan
- whisk
- silicone baking mold or ice cubes mold
Preparation
Sugar free Oh Choc fudge
First, you melt the chocolate according to the au-bain marie method. To do this, first fill a saucepan 1/3 with water. Then place a heat-resistant bowl on top. Turn the heat to medium-high. Then add the Steviala Milk Chocolate Melties, Oh' Choc! and butter to the bowl. Then let it slowly melt into a smooth chocolate sauce. Then add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Finally, stir well into the chocolate sauce.
Then pour this chocolate mixture into a silicone baking mold or ice cube tray. We used a nice shape with a rose pattern. Place the baking pan in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Then cut cubes out of the sugar free oh choc fudge and finish it with some cocoa powder.
