With this recipe, you can make a lowcarb syrup waffle ice cream sandwich too! The advantage is that you store the ice cream in the freezer so you can enjoy it for a long time! The sandwich is created by making low-carb syrup waffles. The ice cream is made from whipped cream and cream cheese, creating a delicious creamy ice cream. Additionally, Steviala Heavenly Dark is added, along with the newest liquid stevia drops, also known as Steviala Sweet drops. This gives you the ultimate syrup waffles sensation.

  • Sugarfree and lowcarb syrup waffles
  • 175 ml whipping cream
  • 125 grams cream cheese
  • 75 grams Steviala Heavenly Dark
  • 15 drops Steviala Sweet drops (syrup waffle flavor)

  • 2 x silicone baking mold with 6 rectangles

Preparation

Low carb syrup waffle

Start by making the sugarfree and lowcarb syrup waffle. Mix all the ingredients together using a spatula. Divide the batter into 6 equal balls. Bake the syrup waffle with the syrup waffle iron. Place the baked syrup waffle on a cutting board. Cut the syrup waffle into the shape of your baking mold. Save the cut-off pieces. Place a piece of syrup waffle in each mold. Whip the cream, cream cheese, Steviala Sweet drops (syrup waffle flavor), and Heavenly Dark until creamy. Cut the saved pieces of stroopwafel into small chunks. Fold the syrup waffle pieces into the whipped cream mixture. Spoon the mixture into the piping bag and cut a piece off the tip. Distribute the ice cream batter over the syrup waffle pieces. Place another piece of syrup waffle on top. Cover the baking mold with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer. The lowcarb syrup waffle ice cream sandwich is ready after approximately 4-6 hours.
