Preparation time: 10 min.
2 porties

It's time for a delightful low-carb dessert! How many of you are familiar with After Eight? Femke from Femmfoodielicious used to love it. Inspired by those memories, she created this low carb cheesecake mousse with Steviala mint drops and our Dark or pure chocolate chips. This low carb cheesecake mousse is essentially whipped cream and cream cheese. The whipped cream makes the mousse delightfully airy, and the cream cheese with Steviala New York Cheesecake drops gives it a delicious cheesecake flavor. Femke added mint for a refreshing touch. This recipe allows you to fill two dessert glasses with a delicious low carb cheesecake mousse. Additionally, you can get creative by omitting the mint drops and opting for a different flavor.

  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 20 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
