  • 175 grams cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 grams baking powder
  • 50 grams Steviala almond flour
  • 10 grams cocoa
  • 25 grams Steviala 2 Sweet
  • 15 grams protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Steviala Frost for garnish

Preparation

Making lowcarb chocolate mini pancakes

Preheat the Tefal Snack Collection with the mini pancake plates. Next, add all the wet ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix them until creamy. Then, add the dry ingredients. Mix until it becomes a smooth batter. You can now transfer the batter to an icing bag or a squeeze bottle. Use it to fill the mini pancake plate with the batter. Be careful not to fill them all the way to the edge, as they may overflow. Bake the lowcarb chocolate mini pancakes according to the instructions for the Tefal Snack Collection.
