It's almost New Year's Eve again! Are you still looking for a delicious dessert? How about this sugarfree and lowcarb prosecco panna cotta? It will surely impress everyone! And the recipe is super easy too! Just make sure to start ahead of time as it needs some time to set in the refrigerator. In addition. this sugarfree dessert consists of two layers: a vanilla panna cotta layer and a prosecco pudding layer. Moreover, the panna cotta layer is sweetened with Steviala Frost Vanilla. Ingredients

Sugarfree vanilla panna cotta layer

  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 30 grams Steviala Frost Vanilla
  • 2 gelatin sheets

Prosecco pudding layer

  • 400 ml prosecco (preferably brut)
  • 30 grams Steviala Frost
  • 3 gelatin sheets

Baking supplies

  • two large glasses or small cups

Preparation

Making sugarfree vanilla panna cotta

First, start by making the vanilla panna cotta layer. First, soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water. Meanwhile, heat the heavy cream and Steviala Frost Vanilla in a saucepan. But do not let it boil! Once the gelatin sheets are softened, melt them in the warm cream. Stir well and then turn off the heat. Pour the cream mixture into 2 large or 4 small glasses. Want to achieve a similar effect as shown in the photo? Tilt the glasses in the refrigerator and let them set for at least 1.5 hours.

Making lowcarb prosecco panna cotta layer

After 1.5 hours, you can proceed with the prosecco layer. Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water again. Heat a few tablespoons of prosecco and mix it with Steviala Frost. Let the gelatin leaves melt in this mixture. Add this mixture to the rest of the prosecco and stir well. Let it cool down and then pour it over the vanilla panna cotta layer. Place the glasses back in the refrigerator and let them set for at least 1.5 hours.

Afterward, you can indulge in this delicious lowcarb prosecco panna cotta!
