  • 20 grams cocoa
  • 50 grams Steviala Ery-Bronze
  • 60ml water
  • 60 grams melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 75 gram Steviala almond flour
  • 5 grams baking powder

Sugarfree Strawberry Glaze

  • 100 grams butter
  • 50 grams Steviala Frost
  • 50 grams pureed strawberries
  • 20 grams Steviala Supreme Strawberry

Making lowcarb strawberry brownie cupcakes

Sugarfree brownie cupcake

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (hot air). Then add all the dry ingredients together and mix well. Then add all the wet ingredients. Mix this for 2 minutes until creamy. Then divide the batter over 8 cupcake molds. Bake the lowcarb strawberry brownie cupcakes in the oven for 25 minutes. Then let cool completely outside the oven. Meanwhile, make the strawberry topping.

Sugarfree strawberry glaze

Let the butter come to room temperature. Then mix the butter until creamy. Then sieve the Steviala Frost. Once the Frost is well mixed, add the pureed strawberries and Supreme Strawberry. Mix this well until a nice smooth glaze is formed. Spoon the strawberry topping into a icing bag with a nozzle of your choice. Then add the sugarfree strawberry glaze on the cooled brownie cupcakes.
