Preparation
Making sugar-free lemon rolls
First, preheat the oven to 180°C. Next, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Then, add Steviala Magical Maple, the yogurt, oil, and almond milk, and mix into a soft dough. Next, roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. For the filling, mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, Magical Maple, cinnamon, and coconut oil together. Spread the filling over the dough and roll it up tightly. Cut into 8 rolls and place them in a small baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes until the rolls are golden brown. Finally, mix the ingredients for the topping and distribute it over the warm rolls.
