These sugar free fruit ice creams will taste twice as good in this warm weather! This week I made the low carb and sugar free caramel magnums, also such a refreshing treat! These sugar free fruit icecreams are suitable for diabetics and fit into a carb-restricted lifestyle. Moreover, these fruit ice creams are easy to make and wonderfully refreshing! You can make about 4 sugar free icecreams and each ice cream contains +/- 6 grams of carbohydrates.

Ingredients

Sugar free fruit icecream

  • 50 grams melon
  • 250 grams strawberries
  • 1,5 tablespoons Steviala Frost

Baking supplies

  • ice cream molds
  • freezer

Preparation

Making sugar free fruit icecreams

Mix the strawberries with 1.25 tablespoons of Steviala Frost until you obtain a homogeneous, even mass. If the mass is too thick, add a little water. Divide the first fruit mixture over 3 to 4 molds and put it in the freezer for about an hour. Then mix the melon together with 1/4 tablespoon of Steviala Frost until you get a smooth whole again. Place the second fruit mixture at the bottom of the mold and place it in the freezer for half an hour or longer.

This will take some time, but if you don't do this, the fruit layers will blend into each other. You can also put them in the freezer for a slightly shorter period of time, which gives you a slightly more mixed effect, which also has its charms! In addition, you can also work with different types of fruit to obtain different colour combinations. All you have to do is keep it in the freezer long enough to get an even effect.

Tip: do not use blueberries, they give a brown colour.
