Preparation
Making low carb and sugar free marble cake
Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit). Next, mix the eggs well with a food processor or electric hand mixer for about 5 minutes. Then add all the other ingredients to the eggs and mix well again. Take a second mixing bowl and add half of the batter to it. Then melt the Steviala Milk Chocolate Melties in a saucepan or microwave. Add the melted Melties to one of the mixing bowls and mix it well.
Line a cake pan with baking paper. First, pour the vanilla batter into the cake pan and then pour the chocolate batter on top. Use a fork to create a beautiful swirl through the batter. Then place the cake pan in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Check with a toothpick to see if the cake is done. Allow the cake to cool afterwards.
Making sugar free buttercream
Now, let's make the sugarfree buttercream. Make sure the butter is at room temperature. Beat the butter together with the Frost using a food processor or electric hand mixer until the butter becomes fluffy. This can take about 10 minutes. Then, take a piping bag and fill it with the sugarfree buttercream. Let it firm up in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Assembling the sugarfree marble cake
Finally, complete the marble cake by piping the buttercream onto the cake using a piping bag. You can also garnish the sugar free marble cake with nuts of your choice, such as pecans.
