Making these sugarfree Snickers rice cake snack is super easy. First, melt the chocolate using the au-bain marie method. For this, heat a layer of water in a saucepan. Then place a heat-resistant bowl on top of the saucepan. Consequently, make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water; otherwise, the bowl will become too hot, and the chocolate will burn. Let the Dark Chocolate Melties melt.

Then, spread a tablespoon of peanut butter over the rice cake. Dip the rice cake into the melted chocolate. Additionally, spread the chopped peanuts over the still-melted chocolate.
