- 50 grams Steviala almond flour
- 10 grams melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 20 grams cocoa powder
- 50 grams Steviala Frost
- 5 grams baking powder
- 5 grams vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch espresso powder
- 8 Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties

First, preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit). Then, in a mixing bowl, combine Steviala almond flour, cocoa powder, Steviala Frost, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and espresso powder. Next, melt the butter in a saucepan. Then, add it to the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and vanilla extract as well. Mix until you have a smooth batter. Grease a cupcake mold or ramekin. Fill the molds halfway with the batter and then place two Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties in the batter. Add the rest of the batter on top.
