Barely 3.6 grams of sugars per 100 grams coming from fibre. This makes the sauce also high in fibre. But also, in our opinion, the tastiest salted caramel sauce substitute! Just take a look at our reviews! Steviala Caramel Crush is the third sauce in a series of new Steviala sauces/syrups. The Caramel Crush is deliciously sweet from fibres, but contains no sweeteners. Delicious on waffles, pancakes or with yoghurt or quark. But of course, you can also use this sauce over these sugarfree salted caramel ice cream cakes! Sweet without sweeteners

The Steviala Caramel Crush salted caramel sauce contains fructo-oligosaccharides. But what exactly are these? These are fermentable fibres, also known as prebiotics. Our gut does not absorb these fibres. They are so-called "fermentable" dietary fibres that are considered prebiotics. Although we do not offer a sugarfree salted caramel sauce, this sauce contains only 3.6 grams of sugars per 100 grams. This is about 80% less sugar than a regular caramel sauce. And only 3.8 grams of carbohydrates and 195 calories per 100 grams! This means that the Steviala Caramel Crush is reduced in carbohydrates and sugars. In addition, it is high in fibre, vegetarian, lactose free and contains no polyols. Because the Caramel Crush only contains a minimal amount of gluten, we can also call it gluten free, in accordance with regulation 828/2014.

The Steviala Caramel Crush has a wonderfully full, slightly salted caramel taste.     Ik was groot fan van deze Caramel Crush. En nu moet ik even weer wennen. De smaak is iets anders. Iets minder zoet, iets meer richting koffie. De score Uitmuntend komt vast wel weer, maar laat even op zich wachten.

    Ik houd erg van gezouten caramel en de smaak van dit product komt zo dicht in de buurt dat ik weer lekker kan genieten van zoet, zonder de negatieve bijwerkingen van echte suiker.
