  • 85 grams Steviala White Chocolate
  • 75 grams peanut butter
  • 20 grams Steviala Frost

Making white chocolate peanut butter cups

Making these chocolate peanut butter cups is truly super easy. And you only need 3 ingredients! First, melt the Steviala White Chocolate using the double boiler method. Then heat a shallow layer of water in a saucepan and place a heatproof bowl on top. The heat from the water will warm the heatproof bowl. Add the white chocolate to the bowl and let it melt slowly.

Next, divide 1/3 of the melted white chocolate into the cupcake molds. Place the molds in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to harden.

Meanwhile, mix the natural peanut butter with Steviala Frost powdered sugar substitute in a small bowl. Once the white chocolate has hardened, distribute the peanut butter filling into the cupcake molds. Finish these white chocolate cups by pouring the remaining white chocolate over the peanut butter filling. Place the cupcake molds back in the refrigerator until the chocolate has fully hardened.
