  • 250 grams butter
  • 100 grams Steviala Frost
  • pinch of salt

Chocolate fudge layer

  • 300 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties
  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 30 grams Steviala Frost

Topping

  • Steviala Caramel Crush or Heavenly Dark
  • rainbow sprinkles
  • mini marshmallows

Baking supplies

  • saucepan
  • square baking pan
  • baking paper

Preparation

Making chocolate peanut butter fudge

First, start by making the peanut butter fudge layer. First, line a square baking pan with baking paper. Then melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the plain peanut butter, Steviala Frost and a pinch of salt. Mix this until you have an even mixture. Then pour the peanut butter fudge layer into the square baking pan. You then place the baking pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then start working on the next layer.

For the chocolate fudge layer, first heat the whipping cream to boiling in a sauce pan. To this, also add the vanilla extract and Steviala Frost and mix well. Place the Steviala Chocolate Melties in a mixing bowl and pour the warm whipping cream over this. Let this stand for 2 minutes and then start stirring until the chocolate melties are completely melted. Then let this cool slightly. Pour this over the now hardened peanut butter fudge layer. Then place the baking pan back in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Then it's time for your favorite toppings. We chose the Steviala rainbow sprinkles and mini marshmallows. Spread this over the chocolate fudge layer, then place the baking pan back in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Next, remove the chocolate peanut butter fudge from the baking pan and cut out 16 pieces. Finally, drizzle a generous amount of Steviala Caramel Crush over the chocolate peanut butter fudge and enjoy!
