Keto... what's that? Keto + granola = ketonola! Doesn't that sound fun already?! This low carb gingerbread granola is perfect for when you're following a low-carb or ketogenic diet. When you adopt a low-carb or ketogenic lifestyle, you'll quickly notice that store-bought granola unfortunately contains a lot of sugars. Often, it's made with oats, grains, and added sugars. Fortunately, you can easily make your own granola too! First, choose your favorite nuts. We opted for walnuts, pecans, and almonds. Then, add flavor enhancers like cacao nibs and gingerbread spices. Of course, you further enhance the flavor of the low carb gingerbread granola with Steviala Ery-Bronze. Afterwards, pour melted butter, Steviala Magical Maple or Steviala Heavenly Dark, and egg white through it. Then, it's just a matter of stirring well, baking in the oven, and you're almost done!


Low carb gingerbread granola

  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 50 grams pecans
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 30 grams hemp seeds
  • 30 grams ground flaxseed
  • 20 grams cacao nibs
  • 10 grams gingerbread spices
  • pinch of salt
  • 75 grams Steviala Ery-Bronze
  • 50 grams melted butter
  • 30 grams egg white
  • 50 ml Steviala Steviala Heavenly Dark or Magical Maple

Making low carb gingerbread granola

First, start by preheating the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Then, first combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix them well. Then, add the melted butter, Steviala Sweet Maple (or Steviala Heavenly Dark), and the egg white. Furthermore ,mix everything well with a spatula.

Next, spread the low carb gingerbread granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then make sure it's evenly distributed. Then, place the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and stir the ketonola. Then, place the baking sheet back in the oven for another 15 minutes. In addition, stay close to the oven because it can go quickly. At last, allow the low carb gingerbread granola to cool completely.

You can use the granola for various dishes. For example, spice up your yogurt bowl with this delicious gingerbread granola or make low carb gingerbread granola bars out of it! Enjoy your meal!
