Isn't this a breakfast that makes you want to get out of bed? These sugarfree strawberry oatmeal bars are deliciously sweet and also nutritious. Why eat a boring bowl of oatmeal when you can also eat these oatmeal bars in the morning? Or how about a snack? The bars are of course not 100% sugarfree, but they are free from refined sugars. No sugar, such as cane sugar, has been added. Instead of regular sugar, we have used Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla. This is a vanilla sugar substitute based on stevia sweetener and erythritol. Did you know that these sugarfree strawberry oatmeal bars are also vegan?

Drizzle some extra Steviala Supreme Strawberry strawberry sauce at the end and you can enjoy a delicious breakfast!


Sugarfree strawberry oatmeal bars

  • 100 grams whole grain oat flakes
  • 100 grams oatmeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or gingerbread spices
  • 50 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla sugar substitute
  • 75 ml oil or melted butter
  • 150 grams of strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon arrowroot powder
  • 15 grams Steviala Frost powder sugar substitute
  • Steviala Supreme Strawberry strawberry sauce to taste

  • 20 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 10 grams of almond shavings
  • 20 grams of walnuts
  • 5 grams of freeze-dried strawberries

Making sugarfree strawberry oatmeal bars

Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees before you start with these sugarfree strawberry oatmeal bars. Then take a mixing bowl and add oatmeal flakes, oatmeal flour, cinnamon, Steviala Kristal Sweet and oil or melted butter. Mix this into a smooth mixture. Next, you line a square baking pan with baking paper. Then spread half of the oatmeal mixture on the bottom of the baking pan.

Then cut the strawberries into cubes. Add 1 teaspoon of arrowroot powder and Steviala Frost powdered sugar substitute. This prevents the sugarfree strawberry oatmeal bars from becoming weak from the strawberry juice. Stir the strawberry cubes well and then divide this over the oatmeal base.

Finally, divide and crumble the other half of the oatmeal mixture over the strawberry layer. Then divide the Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips, almond shavings and chopped walnuts over the oatmeal layer. Place the baking pan in the oven until the top starts to brown nicely. This takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Let the sugarfree strawberry oatmeal bars cool down for a while. Finally, serve with the freeze-dried strawberries and Steviala Supreme Strawberry to taste and enjoy!
