- 100 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
- 10 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 grams almond flour

- 40 ml heavy cream
- 100 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties

Preparation

Start by making the dough for the low carb shortbread cookies. First, make sure the butter is at room temperature. Then mix it with an electric hand mixer or in a food processor, along with Steviala Kristal Sweet and Kristal Sweet Vanilla. Then, add the egg yolk and continue mixing until smooth.
