Thanks to Steviala products, you can enjoy that deliciously sweet cookie dough flavor without any added sugar. Perfect for making the night before and grabbing it straight from the fridge the next morning. Easy, nutritious, and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 10 g Steviala Kristal Sweet Cinnamon
  • 240 ml plant-based milk, e.g., unsweetened almond milk
  • 120 ml low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (no added sugars)
  • 2 tsp Steviala drops Bourbon-Vanilla
  • 25 g Steviala sugar-free chocolate chips + a little extra for topping

Preparation

Making Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. The next morning, divide the Cookie Dough Oats between two glasses. If it's too thick, add a little more plant-based milk or yogurt. Garnish with some Steviala sugar-free chocolate chips.
