Healthy brownies without sugar, isn't that what everyone wants? Brownies are simply irresistible, especially when the days get shorter and the temperature drops. Then you just feel like diving into the kitchen to bake something delicious. Preferably a recipe without sugar, for example delicious brownies without sugar! There are many brownie recipes available, but they often contain a lot of carbohydrates, fat or sugar. Well, we at Steviala conjure up this delicious recipe for healthy brownies without sugar. In addition, 1 healthy brownie portion contains only 20 grams of carbohydrates.

Ingredients

  • 150 gr Steviala Dark Melties
  • 3 tablespoons Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams plain flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • 40 grams of Steviala sugar-free chocolate chips

Preparation

Making healthy brownies without sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin with baking paper. Then melt the chocolate and butter together in a bain-marie. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly. Then beat the eggs and Steviala Kristal Sweet together in another bowl until the mixture is light and frothy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Then add the chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.

Now sift the flour, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder and salt into the bowl. Gently fold into the mixture until everything is inserted. Fold half of the chocolate chips into the batter. Then pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Divide the rest of the chocolate chips over the top. Bake the healthy brownies without sugar in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Afterwards, let the sugar-free brownies cool in the tin before cutting them into squares. Finally, divide the whipped cream over the cooled brownies and top with the fruit.
