Preparation

Prepare the low-carb Valentine's Day pink heart cake

First preheat the oven to 180Cº. Then mix the almond flour, coconut flour, Steviala 2 Sweet and baking powder in a bowl until you get a nice mixture. Then add the eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract and mix well again. Then add the pink food coloring until the desired color is achieved.

Then pour the batter into a square mold into which you can cut at least 12 hearts and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake cool and then cut out hearts with a heart-shaped cutter.

Making the healthy chocolate cake

Preheat the oven again, if necessary. Then mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, Steviala 2 Sweet and baking powder in a large bowl. Then add the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract and melted coconut oil and mix into a smooth batter. Then line a cake tin with baking paper and pour a small portion of the chocolate batter onto the bottom.

Then place the pink hearts in a row in the center of the batter. Pour the rest of the chocolate batter over the pink hearts so that they are completely covered. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the mould. Slice the cake and enjoy the surprise of the pink heart on each slice.
