- 75 g protein powder natural
- 3 eggs
- 175 g butter
- 100 g Steviala Frost powdered sugar substitute
- 50 ml Steviala Magical Maple sugar-free Maple syrup
- Zest of 2 oranges
- Pinch of salt
- 5 g baking powder
Sugar-free syrup water
- 150 g Steviala Kristal Sweet
- 150 ml of water
- 3 oranges
Orange syrup without sugar
- 150 ml orange juice
- 50 g Steviala Kristal Sweet

Preparation
Make healthy fruit cake without sugar
Before you start with the healthy fruit cake without sugar, it is best to first start with the preparations to make the syrup water without sugar. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air. Then prepare an 18 to 20 cm cake tin and line it with baking paper. Then mix the butter with the Steviala Frost powdered sugar substitute and the Steviala Magical Maple for 5 minutes. Then add the other ingredients and mix until a smooth and even batter. Spoon the batter into the cake tin and place it in the oven. Then bake the cake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees and then lower the temperature of the oven and bake for another 20 minutes at 160 degrees. Then turn off the oven and let the cake cool to room temperature.
Making syrup water without sugar
Boil the water with the Steviala Kristal Sweet, then add the orange slices and then let it simmer gently for 1 hour.
Make sugar-free orange syrup
Boil the orange juice with the Steviala Kristal Sweet until it thickens. Then remove the cooled cake from the cake tin and pour the syrup into the cake tin. Place the cake back in the cake tin and let it cool completely. Then turn the cake over and decorate with the pickled orange slices. And enjoy!
