Have you ever made overnight oats? If not? Then you should definitely do that! You simply mix the ingredients in a glass and then put it in the fridge for at least 1.5 hours. But even better is a whole night, then the flavours are completely absorbed. So make these healthy overnight oats with strawberry the night before and you'll wake up with a delicious breakfast in prospect. Maan from Courgetti Confetti made this delicious recipe with, among other things, the Steviala Supreme Strawberry strawberry syrup!

Ingredients

Healthy overnight oats with strawberry

  • 35 grams oatmeal
  • 10 grams chia seeds
  • 50 grams almond milk
  • 120 grams unsweetened soy yoghurt
  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • 10 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties
  • 2 teaspoons Steviala Supreme Strawberry

Making healthy overnight oats with strawberry

Making these healthy overnight oats with strawberry is super easy! With this recipe you make 1 glass of overnight oats. So grab your favourite glass, jar or bowl and mix the oatmeal, chia seeds, almond milk, soy yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of Steviala Supreme Strawberry in it. Then cut the strawberries into small cubes. Add 1 teaspoon of Steviala Supreme Strawberry to this and spread it on top of the oatmeal.

Then melt the Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties using the au-bain marie method. Fill a saucepan with a layer of water. Put this on medium-high heat. Place on top of a heatproof dish and add the Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties. Let the dark melting chocolate melt slowly. Then pour this over the strawberries. Then place the glass in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours. As the name suggests, you can also put this oatmeal glass in the fridge overnight. As a result, the flavours absorb well and this makes these healthy overnight oats with strawberry are even tastier. Enjoy!
