Healthy Tompouce Cake
- 175 g Steviala almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 75 g melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Steviala Heavenly Dark
- 40 g Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla
- 5 g baking powder
- pinch of salt
Sugar-free Tompouce Cake Filling
- 200 g Vanilla protein pudding
Topping without added sugar
- 50 g Steviala White Chocolate Melties
- pink food coloring

Preparation
Making sugar-free Tompouce Cake
First, preheat the oven to 170 degrees and then line a cake tin with baking paper. Next, add all the ingredients for the cake to a mixing bowl and mix until creamy. Spatula this mixture into the cake tin and bake for 60 minutes. Then let it cool completely. Next, cut the cake in half and spread the bottom half with the vanilla protein pudding. Then place the top half of the sugar-free cake back on top. Melt the Steviala White Chocolate Melties and then stir in the pink food coloring. Pour this over the top of the cake and place in the refrigerator to set. Enjoy!
