Preparation

Making lowcarb summer frost bars

Start by creating the base layer for the lowcarb summer frost bars. Line a freezer-safe container with a sheet of parchment paper. Then, in a mixing bowl, combine 150 grams of coconut yogurt with 1 tablespoon of Steviala Frost, 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder, and optionally, 1 tablespoon of MCT oil. Spread this yogurt mixture over the bottom of the container. Next, puree 150 grams of coconut yogurt with the fresh raspberries using an immersion blender. Add 1 tablespoon of Steviala Frost and 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder. Mix thoroughly. Then, spread this mixture over the first yogurt layer.

Now, it's time to create the toppings. Finish the lowcarb summer frost bars with some fresh fruit, coconut flakes, hazelnut pieces, and sugar-free granola. Elke used the spirulina granola from Gutness Lifestyle. Finally, place the container in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
