Everybody has heard of them, snickers! It is a combination of peanuts, chocolate and caramel. Jacky Nobels combined these delicious flavours and made these snicker muffins! She made these delicious, sugar free and low carb snicker muffins, with the use of Steviala products. By using Steviala sweeteners, you can make this delicious treat that is 100% sugar free! Each muffin has only 119 calories. Enjoy in a healthy and responsible way!

  • 50 grams Steviala almond flour
  • 25 grams Steviala Ery-Bronze
  • 50 grams natural protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 30 grams low-fat quark
  • 25 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 40 grams peanuts

Sugar free topping

  • 2 tablespoons Steviala Sweet & Toffee
  • a few chopped peanuts

Preparation

Baking low carb snicker muffins

First, preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius. Then add the almond flour, Ery-Bronze, protein powder en baking powder to a mixing bowl. Mix this well.

Then you mix the chocolate and peanuts into the batter. Grease the muffin tins and pour the batter in the tins. Bake the low carb snicker muffins for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven. Let them cool down outside of the oven. Then pour the Sweet & Toffee over the snicker muffins and sprinkle some chopped peanuts. Now your low carb snicker muffins are ready to be served!
