Low-carb coconut mini pancakes, these are so incredibly delicious! Naturally, made with the super versatile Tefal Snack Collection! I saw another amazing recipe pop up on Instagram from Farzana Akbar, including these sugar-free and low-carb coconut mini pancakes, with the delicious Chai from Live Puri. As far as I'm concerned, this Chai is the perfect protein powder for anyone who finds regular protein powder too sweet or sometimes experiences a strange aftertaste. This unsweetened protein powder is made from fresh milk and is not heated. As a result, there is absolutely no chance of a bitter aftertaste. This Chai protein powder has a surprising flavor, lightly spicy and sweet. Definitely worth trying out!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml Alpro Coconut milk unsweetened
  • 25 grams Chai Live Puri, lightly sweetened or unsweetened
  • 15 grams Steviala low-carb coconut flour
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • Steviala Frost

Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients for the low-carb coconut mini pancakes. Mix well until you have a smooth, thick batter. It is important that the mixture for the low-carb coconut mini pancakes is nice and thick, just like with my sugar-free donuts. If it is too moisty, it won't work in the Tefal Snack Collection.
