The granola bars are delightfully sweet thanks to Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla. The best part about this recipe? The granola bars are incredibly easy to make! You simply combine all the ingredients, beat the egg white, and then shape the granola bars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. It couldn't be easier! Not only are these granola bars completely sugarfree, but they are also super healthy for you! Nuts are packed with healthy fats and beneficial vitamins. So, it's guilt-free indulgence!

Ingredients

Low carb granola bars

  • 100 grams chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, and pecans)
  • 25 grams sunflower seeds
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla
  • 20 grams almond butter

Preparation

Making low carb granola bars

Start by preheating the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Then finely chop the mixed nuts. You then add the sunflower seeds and Steviala Kristal Sweet Vanilla to the chopped nuts. Then in a mixing bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. Meanwhile, fold the nut mixture into the beaten egg white and mix well. Next, shape the mixture into 4 granola bars. In addition, you can use a rectangular baking pan for this or simply form them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. At last, place the granola bars in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Preparing the low carb topping

Next, top the low carb granola bars with your favorite toppings. In addition, Elke used our melted White Chocolate. Elke then finished the granola bars with dried strawberries and sliced almonds. At last, enjoy!
