It's almost "Sinterklaas" again! With that comes a treat, of course! How about this Oh' Choc! cheesecake? We made 4 small ones, but of course you can make 1 big one! This cheesecake is deliciously creamy with a crunchy chocolate nut bottom. Then on top of the cheesecake comes the heavenly Steviala Oh' Choc chocotopping. To top it all off, first get to work with homemade sugarfree spiced nuts. Then sprinkle these over the cheesecakes and the Sinterklaas fun can begin!


Chocolate nut base

  • 20 grams pecans
  • 20 grams walnuts
  • 20 grams almonds
  • 75 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties
  • 10 grams butter

Sugar free cheesecake filling

  • 250 grams (lactose free) cream cheese
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 50 grams Steviala Frost
  • 10 ml vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Steviala New York Cheesecake drops to taste
  • 4,5 gelatin leaves + a little water

Sugar free topping

  • 75 grams Steviala Oh' Choc! chocolate topping
  • 30 sugarfree and low carb spiced nuts

Baking supplies

  • 4 dessert rings or 1 large springform pan

Making sugarfree and low carb spiced nuts

First, start by preparing the sugarfree and low carb spiced nuts as described in this recipe. Next, let these spiced nuts cool completely so they become nice and crunchy.

Making the chocolate nut base

While the spiced nuts are cooling down, get to work on the chocolate nut base. First, chop the pecans, almonds and walnuts into small pieces. Then add the chopped nuts together with the butter and Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties in a sauce pan. You then stir until the chocolate and butter are melted.

Then spread acetate foil in the dessert rings and then place on a board or plate with baking paper. Next, you spread the chocolate nut bottom into the dessert rings or into the cupcake molds. Then place this in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. After that, you can get started with the sugarfree cheesecake filling.

Making sugarfree cheesecake filling

After 30 minutes, you then get to work on the sugarfree cheesecake filling. To do this, first mix the whipping cream with the cream cheese, vanilla extract, Steviala Frost, lemon juice and the Steviala New York Cheesecake drops. Meanwhile, soak the gelatin leaves in cold water. Next, grab a sauce pan and melt the gelatin sheets with 2 tablespoons of water. Then add the gelatin to the cheesecake filling and mix well. Next, you are going to divide the sugarfree cheesecake filling into the dessert rings or cupcake molds. Then place the cheesecakes in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight.

Finally, finish the Oh' Choc! spiced nuts cheesecakes by spreading the Steviala Oh' Choc! over the cheesecakes. Finally, spread the spiced nuts over the cheesecakes and you can start enjoying these Oh' Choc! spiced nuts cheesecakes!
