These colorful sugar-free chocolate chunks are made with reduced-sugar milk, white, and dark chocolate from Steviala—a perfect blend for anyone who wants to indulge without excess sugar. As the chocolate slowly melts into a velvety smooth texture, an aroma wafts through, instantly bringing a cheerful, warm atmosphere to your kitchen.

Once the melted chocolate is spread out on the baking sheet, the fun part begins: decorating! Generously sprinkle crunchy pistachios, bright pink freeze-dried raspberry pieces, and a subtle dusting of sesame seeds over the still-warm chocolate. The colors pop and create a festive, almost magical look.

Let it set briefly, break into chunks… and your own delicious chocolate party is ready! Perfect for serving at a party, as a luxurious treat with coffee, or as a sweet surprise gift.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Steviala Milk Chocolate MELTIES
  • 50 g Steviala Dark Chocolate MELTIES
  • 10 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g Steviala White Chocolate MELTIES
  • 10 g freeze-dried raspberry crunch
  • 50 g pistachio nuts

  • 3 microwave-safe bowls

Preparation

Making Festive Sugar-Free Chocolate Chunks

First, divide the 3 types of chocolate into 3 microwave-safe bowls. Then, melt the chocolate in the microwave, starting at 800 watts for 1 minute. Stir briefly and heat again for 10 seconds, repeating this process until the chocolate is completely melted. We're well on our way to a batch of festive sugar-free chocolate chunks!

Prepare a baking tray covered with parchment paper and pour the sugar-free milk chocolate onto it first. Spread this out to a size of approximately 25 x 30 cm to create the sugar-free chocolate chunks.

Use a spoon to spread the dark sugar-free chocolate and white chocolate over the milk chocolate. Use the back of your spoon to create a swirl of the different chocolate colors.

Finally, finely chop the pistachios and scatter them over the chocolate. Sprinkle the freeze-dried raspberry crunch and sesame seeds on top.  And now, enjoy your festive sugar-free chocolate chunks!
