Preparation

Making sugar free vegan blackberry tart

Crust without sugar

First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Mix all the ingredients for the crust in a food processor or blender. Add some water if the mixture is a bit too hard. Divide the crust dough in a greased baking tin. Bake the crust for about 20 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.

Sugar free blackberry jelly

Add the blackberries to a blender. Keep 100 ml of the blackberry juice separate for the blackberry filling. Use the rest of the blackberry juice for the jelly.

Bring the juice to a boil in a saucepan and add the agar agar. Let this boil for a few minutes. Then you add the blackberry jelly to a silicone swirl mold. Don't have this type of mold? Use the sugar free blackberry jelly at the end as a topping.

Blackberry forest fruit filling without sugar

Add the rest of the blackberries and the forest fruits to a blender. Then you add the fruits to a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the agar agar and let it boil for a few minutes. Let this cool down a bit before you pour it over the crust. Then put the tart in the fridge so it can harden. At last, put the blackberry jelly on the filling and decorate as you want!
