Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. All the ingredients you need for these muffins form a delicious whole. Combine the cream of tartar baking powder, Ery-Pure, eggs and almond flour in a bowl and mix well. Meanwhile, take a pan and melt the coconut oil in it. Then cut the apples into fine pieces. Grating is also an option. Then add the apples, raisins and cinnamon and mix well. Add them to the other bowl and stir the ingredients one more time. After mixing, the dough is formed. Take a muffin tin with 12 paper cups and place the dough in it. Fill the molds halfway. If all goes well, the muffins will get nice shapes in this way. Then put the dough molds in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. At last, let them cool down completely.

Almond flour

These delicious sugarfree apple pie muffins are not complete without the use of almond flour. The muffins have a delicious taste thanks to the almond flour. The flour is made from whole almonds and is therefore of absolute top quality. In addition, it contains very few carbohydrates and no additional additives.

Ery-Pure
