Ingredients
Crispy low carb waffles
- 40 grams grass-fed butter (room temperature)
- 60 grams Steviala Frost
- 2 eggs
- 120 grams Steviala almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt

Preparation
Making crispy low carb waffles
Start by preheating the waffle iron. Meanwhile, mix the Steviala almond flour with the baking powder, Steviala Frost, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Then, add the butter and either use an electric hand mixer or your own hands to create a crumbly mixture. Next, add the eggs. Knead the eggs into the dough until you have a smooth dough ball. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 1 hour. Afterward, form small balls from the dough and place these balls in a greased waffle iron. Bake the waffles until there is no more steam coming from the waffle iron, or until they turn golden brown.
