With this recipe, you can make the most delicious sugarfree caramelized nuts yourself using Steviala Holy Hon! or Magical Maple syrup substitutes. These are syrup substitutes without added sugars or sweeteners. In addition, these syrup substitutes are also lactosefree, vegan and suitable for a low-carb diet. Ideal this for any lifestyle! Ingredients

Sugarfree caramelized nuts

  • 200 grams nut mix
  • 30 grams butter
  • 50 ml Steviala Holy Hon! or Magical Maple
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 30 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet

Baking supplies

  • spatula
  • baking sheet with baking paper

Preparation

Making sugar-free caramelized nuts

First, start by preheating the oven to 160 degrees. Then melt the butter in a sauce pan and then add the Steviala Holy Hon! or Magical Maple. Also add the vanilla extract, salt and cinnamon and let it thicken on medium-high heat. Finally, add the nuts and stir well. Then spread the sugarfree candied nuts on the baking tray. Then place the baking tray in the oven and bake the candied nuts for 20 minutes. Toss the nuts every 5 minutes to make sure they don't burn.

Let the sugarfree caramelized nuts cool slightly. Finally, spread the Steviala Kristal Sweet over the caramelized nuts. Store the nuts in a tightly sealed container and enjoy!

    Ik heb dit gemaakt met magical maple, moet gewoon eerlijk dat niet erg lekker!! Vind gewoon lekker.. ik denk dat beter met holy hon ipv maple lekkerste. Volgende keer met holy hon en kijk hoe verschil.

    Maar deze panna cotta met deze gekarameliseerde noten wel erg lekker gesmaakt tussen desserts en noten..
