Ingredients
Sugarfree chocolate waffles
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 30 grams cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 75 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
- 1 egg
- 250 ml milk
- 45 ml sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50 grams dark chocolate chips
Baking supplies
- mixing bowl
- electric handmixer or kitchen aid
- waffle iron
Preparation
Making sugarfree chocolate waffles
First, take a large mixing bowl and sift the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder into it. Then, add the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix these dry ingredients together well. In a separate bowl, then beat the egg and add the Steviala Kristal Sweet. Furthermore, beat this mixture until well combined. Then, add the milk, sunflower oil, and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until everything is well mixed.
Now it's time to pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. First, pour the wet mixture slowly into the dry ingredients while constantly stirring. Mix everything well until a smooth batter forms. Then make sure there are no lumps left in the batter. Finally, add the dark chocolate chips to the batter and gently stir them in so that they are evenly distributed. Next, preheat your waffle iron. If necessary, lightly grease the waffle iron with some oil or cooking spray to prevent the waffles from sticking.
Then, pour the batter into the waffle iron. Then bake the waffles according to your waffle iron's instructions, usually for 3-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Furthermore, carefully remove the baked chocolate waffles from the waffle iron and place them on a plate. Serve them warm, optionally with some extra chocolate chips or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat. Enjoy your homemade chocolate waffles!
