Preparation
Making sugarfree Christmas brownies
First, start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. Next, melt the butter in a sauce pan. Then pour the melted butter over the Dark Chocolate Melties and stir until the chocolate is melted. Then also add the Steviala Kristal Sweet, baking powder and vanilla extract and stir into the melted chocolate.
Next, split 4 eggs. Then first beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. This may take about 5 minutes. Then add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate. Make sure the chocolate has cooled down well enough so the egg yolks don't curdle. Mix this into an even batter. Then pour this batter into the egg whites. Use a spatula to scoop the batter through the egg whites without losing too much volume. Then pour this brownie batter into a square brownie baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake the sugarfree brownies for 45 minutes in the oven. After 30 minutes, check with a skewer to see if the brownies are done, as every oven is different. Then let the brownies cool completely.
Making low carb vanilla frosting
Meanwhile, get to work on the sugarfree vanilla frosting. To do this, mix the whipping cream with the Steviala Frost Vanilla until the Frost is completely dissolved. For a fun Christmas tree effect, add a few drops of green food coloring.
