Ingredients
Sugarfree cookies for Valentine's Day
- 350 grams of flour (or 400 grams of Steviala almond flour)
- pinch of salt
- 120 grams of Steviala Kristal Sweet
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 grams of butter
- 15 grams of Steviala Supreme Strawberry per cookie
Baking supplies
- mixing bowl
- food processor
- baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- rolling pin
- cookie cutter
Preparation
Making sugarfree cookies for Valentine's Day
Start by making the cookie dough. Add the almond flour, salt, and Steviala Kristal Sweet to a mixing bowl. Then add the vanilla extract, egg yolks, and diced butter, and mix until you have a smooth cookie dough using a food processor or your hands. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Dust your work surface and rolling pin with some flour so the dough doesn't stick. Roll out the dough and cut out 24 circles. Then, cut a heart shape out of the center of 12 cookies. Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes in the oven and then let the sugarfree cookies cool completely.
Next, spread the Steviala Supreme Strawberry over 12 cookies (without hearts). Sprinkle the other 12 cookies (with hearts) with Steviala Frost and place them on top of the other cookies. Now your sugarfree cookies are complete!
