- 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
- 25 grams Steviala 2 Sweet
- 30 ml Steviala Magical Maple
- 1 egg
- 200 ml low fat quark
- a few chopped strawberries

Preparation
Making sugarfree and lowcarb strawberry cake
First, preheat the oven to 180°C. If you're using an Airfryer, it does not need to be preheated. Then take a bowl and mix the spelt flour or almond flour with the baking powder. Then, add the egg, quark, Steviala 2 Sweet, and Magical Maple. Mix everything together until a batter is formed. Take the springform pan and cover it with baking paper. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom and finally top it with pieces of strawberry. Bake the sugarfree strawberry cake for 25 to 30 minutes in the oven or 17 minutes in the Airfryer at 180 degrees.
