In the world, there are dozens of desserts that you should definitely try. At the top of the list of delicious treats is Rocky Road. This dessert is made of milk chocolate and marshmallows, and you can easily give it your own twist. Did you know that a sugar-free Rocky Road also tastes delicious?

  • 100 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties
  • 6 sugar-free cookies, for example, these low-carb almond cookies
  • 1 tablespoon of pistachios
  • 40 grams sugarfree marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • Steviala stevia drops chocolate, white chocolate, bourbon-vanilla, or Marshmallow.

Making sugarfree rocky road

The great advantage of this Rocky Road is that you consume almost no sugar. However, the dessert becomes a delightful conclusion to your meal with a few additions. For the sugarfree rocky road, start by baking the low-carb almond cookies or use your choice of sugarfree cookies. Next, melt the chocolate and break the cooled cookies into pieces. The pieces don't need to be very small. You can melt the chocolate in a saucepan, but the microwave works fine as well. Also, cut the marshmallows into three pieces. Then, remove the melted Dark Chocolate Melties from the saucepan or microwave. Add the cookies, a tablespoon of pistachios, and goji berries. For a sweet taste, you can optionally add a few drops of Steviala according to your taste.

Steviala Drops

Steviala drops are available in various flavors, such as Toffee-Caramel, Coconut, and Cinnamon, which are absolutely mouth-watering. They are a delicious addition to desserts like Rocky Road. The drops contain no sugar but include Steviolglycosides, water, natural flavor, vitamin C, and glycerin. The sweetness of a Steviala drop is approximately equivalent to a gram of sugar.

Mix the cookies, pistachios, and goji berries well. Goji berries are a very healthy addition to Rocky Road as they contain no sugars. Finally, add the marshmallows to the mixture. It's not a problem if the mixture starts to melt. Cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Let the treat harden for at least 1 to 1.5 hours.
