These sugarfree pumpkin creamcheese cookies are made with Steviala almond flour, coconut flour, and pumpkin puree. They are then flavored with cookie spices and Steviala Sweet Vanilla. On top of the cookies, you'll find a delightful sweet cream cheese filling that is flavored with Steviala Frost. To complete this autumn treat, Elke also melted some Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties. Finally, drizzle the melted chocolate and sprinkle some chopped nuts of your choice over the cookies, and you can enjoy this treat!

  • 7 grams Steviala coconut flour
  • 20 grams Steviala Sweet Vanilla
  • 1 gram baking powder
  • 3 grams cookie spices
  • 1 egg
  • 110 grams pumpkin puree
  • 35 grams coconut oil
  • pinch of salt

  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Steviala Frost

Preparation

Start by preheating the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Then, mix all the ingredients for the pumpkin cookies in a mixing bowl. Shape the dough into 12 cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool completely.

Making sugarfree cream cheese filling

Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with Steviala Frost. Once the cookies have cooled, spread the cream cheese filling over the cookies.

Making sugarfree chocolate topping

Finally, melt some Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties in a bowl in the microwave. Then drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies.
