Then, you make a deliciously fresh and fruity lemon filling with 3 lemons, Steviala 2 Sweet, and Steviala lemon drops. This recipe is a must-try for lemon fans! Finally, the Steviala Frost Lemon is the perfect finishing touch for these lemon bars!


Sugar free lemon bars crust

  • 150 grams Steviala almond flour
  • 30 grams Steviala coconut flour
  • 100 grams butter
  • 75 grams Steviala 2 Sweet
  • A pinch of salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Sugar free lemon bars filling

  • 6 eggs
  • Juice of 5 lemons
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 100 grams Steviala 2 Sweet
  • 50 grams almond flour
  • Steviala lemon drops to taste

For garnish

  • Steviala Frost Lemon to taste

Making sugar free lemon bars crust

Let's start by preparing the crust for these sugar free lemon bars. First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit). Then mix the almond flour, coconut flour, Steviala 2 Sweet, and a pinch of salt together. Then cut the butter into small pieces and knead it into the dry ingredients until you have a smooth dough ball. Furthermore, line a baking pan with baking paper and then press the dough into the baking pan. Then place the baking pan in the oven for 20 minutes. Afterward, let the crust cool completely. At last, you can leave the oven on for the lemon filling.

Making sugar free lemon bars filling

Now, let's work on the lemon filling for the sugar free lemon bars. In a bowl, combine the eggs with the lemon juice, lemon zest, Steviala 2 Sweet, and almond flour. Furthermore, mix this until you have a smooth mixture. Then pour this mixture over the now cooled crust. Place the baking pan back in the oven for 20 minutes.
