Cottage Cheese Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 85 g cottage cheese
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 65 g rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 100 ml plant-based milk
- 7 drops of Steviala Bourbon-Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Steviala Magical Maple
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp chopped pecca nuts

- Baking dish (15 x 23 cm)
Preparation
Cottage Cheese Baked Oats with banana and cinnamon
First, preheat the oven to 175°C (top and bottom heat). Then grease a baking dish. Combine all the ingredients, except the pecans, in the dish and mix well. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the batter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Delicious served warm or cold, perhaps with some coconut yogurt or low-fat quark. Also ideal as meal prep!
Tip: Before blending, put the cottage cheese in the blender first and then blend briefly to prevent lumps.
