- 35 g oat flour
- 35 g oatmeal
- 30 g Steviala almond flour
- 10 g vanilla whey protein
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp speculaas spice mix
- 100 g 0% applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Steviala Holy Hon!
Sugar-free topping and filling
- 1 apple
- 20 grams walnuts
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp speculaas spice mix
- Steviala Caramel Crush

Preparation

First, preheat the oven to 175°C. Next, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the wet ingredients. Mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.
