Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 2 tbsp Steviala Crystal Sweet
- 50 g Steviala almond flour
- 1 tbsp Steviala Ery-Bronze
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 3 large eggs
- 50 ml melted butter
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation
Making Healthy Pita Bread
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Then, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the flour, Steviala almond flour, baking powder, Steviala Crystal Sweet, salt, Steviala Ery-Bronze, and finely chopped rosemary. Make sure all ingredients are well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Then, add the melted butter and apple cider vinegar.
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms. The dough should be smooth and cohesive. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and shape them into small, flat rolls. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the healthy pita breads in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
