This sugar-free keto Ricotta cake looks delicious! Did you know that it is also very fast and easy to prepare?

The Ricotta cake is made with Steviala almond flour and contains no sugars. Steviala low-carb almond flour contains only 5.77 grams of carbs per 100 grams. The low-carb Ricotta cake is sweetened with natural products such as flavoured stevia drops raspberry.

Ingredients

Keto Ricotta cake

  • 250 grams Ricotta
  • 90 grams Steviala almond flour
  • 40 grams Steviala coconut flour
  • 40 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 grams melted butter
  • 40 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • 20 grams Steviala Ery-Pure
  • 10 Steviala stevia flavoured drops raspberry
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Sugar-free filling

  • 75 grams blueberries / raspberries

Sugar free topping

  • Steviala Frost
  • 25 grams blueberries / raspberries



Baking supplies

  • oven
  • springform 20 cm diameter
  • baking paper
  • mixing bowl
  • electric hand mixer or food processor

Preparation

Make you're keto Ricotta cake by starting to preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then line a 20 cm springform pan with baking paper and grease the sides with butter.

Then take a mixing bowl and mix the almond flour, coconut flour, Kristal Sweet, Ery-pure, tartar baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt together. Then add the wet ingredients to the mixing bowl. You will mix this until a lump-free batter is formed. Then fold the berries into the batter. Then divide the batter into the springform pan and place the keto Ricotta cake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Then let it cool outside the oven.

Finally, decorate the low carb Ricotta cake with the berries and Steviala Frost powdered Stevia sweetener. Within an hour you will have a delicious low-carb and sugar-free ricotta cake served on the table!
