Lowcarb peanut butter bliss balls, that's a mouthful. And for you also a whole mouth full of goodies, because by now I know that almost all of you are crazy about peanut butter! And peanut butter combined with chocolate, I think it couldn't get any better! Sanne made these lowcarb peanut butter bliss balls with our dark chocolate chips. Steviala Dark Chocolate chips are just like all our other Steviala products, without the addition of artificial sweeteners! Furthermore, these bliss balls are sweetened with Steviala Magical Maple and our bourbon-vanilla drops. So what are you waiting for?

Ingredients

Low carb peanut butter bliss balls

  • 85 grams Steviala almond flour
  • 60 grams pure peanut butter
  • 20 grams Steviala dark chocolate chips
  • 20 gram Steviala Magical Maple
  • 3 Steviala bourbon vanilla drops
  • pinch of salt

Sugar free toppings lowcarb peanut butter bliss balls

  • 10 gram Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 7 grams chopped peanuts

Preparation

Making lowcarb peanut butter bliss balls

First take a mixing bowl and mix the Steviala almond flour, the peanut butter, the Steviala Magical Maple and the Steviala Bourbon Vanilla drops together. Mix well until an even dough is formed. Finally, add the Dark chocolate chips and the pinch of salt. Then divide the whole into 10 equal pieces of dough.

Then take a piece of dough at a time and knead it well and then roll it into a ball between your hands. Put the balls in the fridge for about an hour to let them firm up a bit. Then you can add a delicious sugarfree topping over it. Melt the Dark Chocolate chips au bain marie and divide them with a spoon together with the peanut butter over the 10 balls. It is easiest to put it on parchment paper so that the rest does not get dirty. Finally, chop the peanuts finely and put them over the lowcarb peanut butter bliss balls.
